Title: Clinical Educator

The Clinical Educator will be responsible for developing internal and external educational programs for the home health clinical team, office administrative staff, clients, customers and the community at large.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personnel development in the following areas: new clinical employee orientation, continuing clinical education, regulatory and compliance matters, clinical documentation, policy/procedure adherence, and preceptor development.
Position Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Illinois
- 8 years of experience in either home health, hospice and or private duty
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills
