We are looking for an ambitious account executive with 1-5 years of experience in inside or outside sales and a proven track record of success in previous sales role(s). Other requirements are experience prospecting and developing your own territory plan, experience opening new business, and experience radiating and growing accounts. Our account managers are expected to deliver individual results, while also supporting their teammates and being engaged in a team environment. With this expectation comes a service-oriented and positive attitude towards teammates, clients, and candidates.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Generate leads through a search process in order to set new meetings with prospective clients • Build strong networks throughout assigned territory by joining associations, networking groups and using social media

• Plan, develop and execute territory plan for assigned region

• Conduct meetings with new and existing clients to discuss the Medix value proposition

• Negotiate contract terms to ensure a win/win outcome for both Medix and client • Responsible for assisting in the development of recruiters

• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas
