Job Responsibilities:

The administrative assistant is responsible for supporting the team with all administrative functions. There are 2 teams a Data Entry team and Outreach team. The data entry team needs to be accurate they build out the reports for the nurses, they will put the packets together and send then out when appropriate. The Outreach team will need to call and reach out to Doctors offices and clinics to get charts and reports. They need to have strong customer service skills but also need to understand how to get the information in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Data entry experience
  • Experience with Excel
  • No Healthcare experience is required
