Position Summary
This position requires associates to make home fragrance products for the purpose of testing and presentation to customers, document their work, gather raw materials and record observations on the performance of those products.
Five Key Accountabilities
- Make home fragrance products as instructed by the Manager, Lab and Regulatory Services
- Label samples, organize documents and process as instructed and trained
- Gather raw materials from inventory and process as instructed and trained
- Data recording: Light candles in burn room and record observations on performance of products, complete project work
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
