Job Responsibilities of a Phlebotomist:
- Candidate will be driving a company vehicle from nursing home to nursing home to perform blood draws or geriatric patients
- Phlebotomist will work independently, and only get 2 tries for the stick
- Will be required to bring the blood back to the main lab to spin it down at the end of their shift
- They are held to the metrics of 8 blood draws/hour
Must Have Skills of a Phlebotomist:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy Diploma or Certification
- 1 year phlebotomy experience
- Valid NY driver’s license/car insurance
